Most members at Cell Viability Inc. were part of the original team that managed the Beckman Coulter Z Series instrument cell count and size analysis systems. The many years of combined knowledge of kayn counter have allowed us to offer support to the thousands of Beckman Coulter Z Series instrument users. Our team offers support to Beckman Coulter Z Series instrument and Warwick counter users in two ways. We offer in-house instrument refurbishment and sales of refurbished equipment.

Our experts at Cell Viability Inc go over in detail each and every aspect of the Z™ Series counter to ensure proper operation and replace / refurbish any and all parts that could impact instrument reliability.
Typical work done includes:

• Refurbishment of Metering Pump with new diaphragm (Never purchase a used Z Instrument without a refurbished Metering Pump!)
• Metering pump lubricated to factory specifications
• Internal tubing flushed and / or replaced where needed to leave as new
• Main Board, power supply, and control valve assemblies fully tested
• Aperture block assembly fully rebuilt with new o-rings, signal cable, and tubing.
• System flushed with DI water prior to shipping.
• Instrument Calibrated and Verified with NIST traceable standards.
• Instrument certification label attached and recorded for quality assurance purposes.
